Community and Worship
Most Sunday mornings we meet at 10am for a lively, informal service with contemporary music, a short Christian talk, followed by refreshments and the chance to chat.
There's a warm welcome for everybody. Fleet Meadow Hall is fully accessible to wheelchair users, those with buggies and so on. If you need transport, plenty of us have a car and can give you a lift. Please ask!
Sunday Club for the youngsters includes crafty activities centred around our faith. Sunday Club is for all ages, and a creche can be made available for babies and toddlers.
We think of church as family, and get together during the week to help one another apply our Christian faith to everyday life through discussion, studying the Bible, praying, and chat. If you don't like larger groups you may find it easier to start by coming to one of our small groups, held in local homes. To find out details of when and where the groups meet, send us an email or look in the Flyer.
3rd Sunday Events
On the third Sunday of each month from October to March we do things a bit differently. The hall is set out cafe style and we invite a speaker to tell us about something they are passionate about. We either start with a light breakfast, or break for elevenses during the morning. See the Flyer for details of what is coming up each month.
From Easter to Harvest, weather permitting, we spend our 3rd Sunday and 1st Sunday mornings out on our allotment next to the Community Hall. You are welcome to join us there to work/ watch/ chat, hear our "thought for the day" and, of course, share refreshments. If the weather is wet, we will meet in the hall for "something different".
